ALLA Rules and Procedures

The Rules of the Australian Law Librarians' Association Inc. (the Rules) are made under the Associations Incorporation Act 1987 (WA).

Clause 8.2 of the Rules define the role of the National Executive Committee as being

• formulation and implementation of policies, management and conduct of the affairs of the Association
• ensuring that the activities of the Association are consistent with its Objects liaison amongst the Divisions
• dissemination of relevant information to the Divisions
