Delegates are to organise accommodation themselves. Please note that accommodation will not be available at the College, as students will be in residence.

Transport

The University of Sydney is located on the edge of the greater Sydney CBD, a few kilometres from the GPO.

The Women's College is at located on this map's grid at reference P-11 This map also shows public transport bus stops.

The area is quite well served by Sydney Buses and it is not too far from the centre of the city.

By bus, it is approximately 25 minutes from Circular Quay and approximately 10 minutes from Central Railway Station.
The suggested routes are the 422, 423, 426 and 428.

It is also a relatively short taxi ride.

Things to See and Do

Sydney has a never ending supply of interesting and exciting activities to take part in. From art galleries to museums, fabulous restaurants and of course the most beautiful harbour in the world, you certainly won't run out of things to do!

Don't forget, the weekend after the conference is a long weekend, with the NRL Grand Final being held at Telstra Stadium, so be quick with your accommodation!
