For full registration delegates, attendance at the three social functions of the 2009 ALLA Evolution Conference (the Welcome Reception, the Conference Dinner and the Closing Drinks), is included in the registration fee. However it is necessary to register the intention to attend for catering purposes.

Time - 5.30 to 7.00
Dress - Territory Rig (please refer to Territory Dress Code)
Entry by invitation only; register for the conference by 31 July 2009 in order to receive an invitation (this is also the cut off date for early registration)

Conference Dinner
Date - Thursday, 3 September 2009
Venue - Peewees at the Point, Alec Fong Lim Drive, East Point Reserve, Fannie Bay.
Time - 6.30 to 10.30
Dress - Territory Rig (please refer to Territory Dress Code)
Note - Transport is included to and from the Dinner from Official Conference hotels; for delegates staying elsewhere, transport can be provided if you make your own way to an Official Conference hotel - a timetable for pick up/drop off will be posted at the Conference on Thursday and will be announced during the day.
