Australian Law Librarian's Symposium 2004

Internet Services

Due to limitations at University House, there will be no general Internet access available for delegate use during the Symposium. Delegates have to option of purchasing access via wireless Internet access via the Australian National University, or using local Internet cafes and other publicly available Internet terminals.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless internet access will be available from University House, Australian National University during the period of the Symposium. As the ANU will be charging the Australian Law Librarians' Group on a user-pays system for this service, delegates who wish to use the wireless system will need to pay an access fee of $55 per person (including GST), payable in advance. Delegates will supplied with passwords and other relevant information with their registration package.

To register for wireless Internet access, please complete the wireless Internet registration form, and send with your payment to:

Delegates wishing to use the wireless service will require their own wireless-enabled laptop or handheld computer (PDAs), and should consult the information provided by the ANU on the required system specifications.
