la carte. Adjective. (Of a menu) offering a range of dishes from which the diner chooses a selection. [French] (source, The Macquarie Dictionary Online)
(With apologies to our francophone members for a little linguistic licence).

The Australian Law Librarians' Association's 2007 Conference, "Information ALLA Carte" promises to be a heady ragout of flavours.

This year's theme celebrates the wide variety of ways in which ALLA members can provide information services to their clients.

The menu (well, provisional program) is now complete, and table bookings (ok, registrations) are now available.

The Conference will offer a veritable degustation, bringing together the inspirational and the educational - with presentations, group discussions, and break out groups.

The Conference will be held at the Women's College, University of Sydney, from Wednesday 26 to Friday 28 September 2007.

And for dessert: Conference papers and presentations have now been added as links from the program - enjoy!.
