National Membership Model Project Committee

The National Membership Model Project Committee consists of John Botherway, Susan Woodman, Naish Peterson, James Butler and Leanne Cummings who have been working with Arnold Bloch Leibler (ABL) and the Professional Administrative Management Services (PAMS) to develop a framework for the proposed national membership model and includes a Constitution and a MOU. The aim of the MOU is to link each Division, irrespective of its status ( ie incorporated or unincorporated) to the Constitution.

The goal of the Committee is to conclude the review of these documents and the membership model by July 2010 in order to present the membership with a Constitution and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for voting at the AGM in September 2010.

National Membership Model Consultative Committee

The role of the National Membership Model Consultative Committee is to consult with members from their Division regarding the National Membership Model commencing with a review of the draft Constitution and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
