Legislative Tables in ComLaw
An email was sent to the OLPD regarding the following query from one of our members:
"I have noticed that in ComLaw there is no easy access to a list of repealed legislation organised by date. There is a comprehensive list covering repealed Acts from 1979-2006 but this list does not include the year/date that the legislation was repealed. This information has in the past been included in the hard copy Acts Tables.
Would it be possible to request that the tables of Repealed Acts and Replaced Acts include a date or year that it was repealed? This information is often requested for research and is invaluable for maintaining current reprints."

LexisNexis Workplace Relations Australia publications
Various members of the list queried the fact that the Amendment Regulations (No2) 118/2006, which came into operation on June 05 (2006), had not been included in the LexisNexis Workplace Relations Australia publications, both hard copy and online. There had also been no bulletins issued with this service indicating that changes had occurred.

The statement is intended to:
- describe standards of good practice and service;
- promote open communication and disclosure;
- encourage publishers to develop effective dispute resolution processes; and
- foster constructive relationships between publishers and their customers.
The ALLG urges legal publishers to comply with the ALLG statement and to implement internal procedures and infrastructure to support compliance.
